by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Payment, Refunds
i will take payment upfront in most cases, if you're having trouble with providing said funds upfront, talk to me about it and i may be able to organize something.
i do not do refunds for any reason unless i do not complete your commission OR i deem it "uncomplete"
if you charge back, you will have your commission scrapped and NOT given to you.
holds will only be given for 2 weeks unless talked about. if you do not pay in that time, you will not allowed to commission me anymore, or i will require a non-refundable hold fee.
2. Revisions
you as a client are entitled to revisions before i send out the final work. after the final project, revisions will have a fee. this is dependent on the needed revisions. revisions for clipping, broken items, and anything that i deem reasonable is free.
3. Completion Dates / Turn Around
any completion date or turnaround estimate I provide should be considered an estimate, not a guarantee.
my turn around time will depend on plenty of factors, (queue, personal issues, complexity), and can't always guarantee a finished project at a date. if you have issues with this, i offer rush fees. rush fees are per commission basis, please ask about them if you're interested. i will always try my best to adhere to giving a date that your commission will be finished. i will always reach out to you with updates, feel free to reach out to me whenever.
paid money commissions will take priority over trades. i will of course work on your trade item as much as i can, and especially in-between paid commissions. my side of the trade will be withheld until you send over your part unless specified.
4. General Etiquette
as this is a commission based relationship, harassment, hostility, boundary-pushing, excessive entitlement, or repeated pressure for updates may result in the commission being cancelled and refusal of future work.
i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
5. References
if you do not have a good reference or none at all, a fee will be charged. this is dependent on the situation. images are heavily preferred as i am not good at going off description. i will ask you if more clarification is needed.
6. Watermarks, Social Media
you cannot remove any watermarks from your avatar (if given any). i also may post your commission on social media and it may be used in my portfolio. this isn't negotiable, and credit will always be given to the client as the respective owner.
7. Delivery
i will deliver your commission in a google drive file, which will be deleted after you've received the files. as a client, you are responsible for the files after they have been sent. i can also provide substance painter files for some commissions, please ask if you want one!
8. NSFW Commissions
i provide NSFW commissions! i may ask for ID if you're requesting anything NSFW. this is non-negotiable
9. Adoptable Characters / Rights / Edits
my adoptable avatars come with full character rights! you can do whatever you want with the character, but the base (if edited) cannot be reused for anything else. they can not be uploaded as public, and must stay private unless disclosed otherwise. you can change the gender, attributes, but please! do not make it un-recognizable. i put alot of effort into my adopts.
my edits are basically the same.
Don't upload them as public, credit me, and of course enjoy them. You're free to edit them, change textures, but NEVER get rid of my watermark. I keep a close eye on people who own stuff by me and if i think you're misusing the avatars and breaking my TOS you will not be permitted to buy stuff from me anymore.
10. Commercial Usage / Reselling
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all commissions are for personal use only.
reselling my work is allowed, but please inform me. all character rights HAVE to go with the avatar.

Q N A1. How do i commission you?
as of 2025, i now use my discord server! It allows me to pick commissions i feel comfortable about. do not take it personally if you don't hear back, if you're curious as why you haven't heard back or need anything, my discord is linked on the main page.
2. Why didn't you reach out / decline my commission?
i have the choice to decline and take on commissions as needed. your commission may of been declined because im not interested, or it is too big of a project! it doesnt mean i may not be interested in the future, and feel free to apply multiple times (obviously within reason) i also may forget to reach out or it may take a while to check enquires.thank u for reading :3
